    The full candidate assignment brief is developed including; location, industries, companies, target titles, skills, qualifications, and more...
  • Stage 2. Research Plan

    Based on the assignment brief a research plan is developed, this includes all of the candidate parameters described above. Combined with this the research plan highlights where these candidates are likely to reside, their social/digital media profile, groups associations, key words, search strings and more...
  • Stage 3. Company Identification

    Company research by sector/size/geography/product or services.
  • Stage 4: Talent Identification

    Passive candidates identified in agreed companies using the Stage 2 research plan.
  • Stage 5: Talent Qualifying

    We approach the agreed candidates from Stage 4 and present your organisation's opportunity to potential candidates to ascertain their interest. As a neutral party we are able to gain in-depth information on the candidates, your employment brand and other market intelligence. Interested candidates are then engaged by the Luminary Consultant recruiting for the role, if relevant.
  • Stage 6- Talent Banking- (Optional).
